Michael William Nahlen

Michael William Nahlen, 69, of Winchester, Ky. passed peacefully on Friday July the 24th at the Lexington, Kentucky Veterans Hospital. born in Little Rock, Ark., 7 November, 1945, of William Michael Nahlen and Otillia Seiter Nahlen. He is survived by his loving spouse, Charlotte (Charli) Nahlen and three beloved stepchildren Tim, Angela, and Daniel Hooper of Winchester Ky. He was a veteran of the United States Navy, retiring after 23 years of service. Michael was preceded in death by his parents, and infant son William Russell Nahlen. He is survived by siblings, Anita Castleberry (Jim), Joan Nahlen, Patrick Nahlen, Carmen Long all of Little Rock, and several nieces and nephews. Michael was a member of St. Josephs Catholic Church in Winchester, Ky. A funeral Mass will be held in Conway, Ark. at St. Joseph's Catholic Church on August 3, 2015 at 11 a.m. Cremation has taken place. Michael was an organ donor in hopes of giving others hope for a better life. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to St. Agatha Academy, Winchester, Ky. 40391.
