Charlotte Lou Toombs

Charlotte Toombs, 85, of Arkadelphia, died Nov. 12, 2015. She is survived by daughters, Sue Zan Eley and Luci Stephens (Gary), grandchildren - Holly Richey, Chad Eley, Shane Stephens, Scott Stephens, Amber Greb, eight great-grandchildren and brother Robert Levins (Alice).
