JAMES PETE COTTON, 87, of Little Rock passed away March 31, 2016. He was born on Feb. 18, 1929 to Willie and Rilzy Cotton in Sheridan, Ark. James was a very hard worker and he loved to fish, working in the garden and spending time with his family. James is preceded in death by his parents; wife, Fredean Kenzel Cotton; brother, Burt Cotton and sister, Hazel Bunt. He is survived by his loving sons, James Paul Cotton (Rhima), Billy Joe Cotton (Judy) and Richard Wayne Cotton (Lisa); seven grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; three brothers, W. C. Cotton, M. L. Cotton and Wayne Cotton; sister, Ester Walden and a host of family and friends who all loved him and will miss him dearly. Visitation will be held on Sunday, April 3, 2016 from 2-4 at Dial and Dudley Funeral Home in Bryant. Graveside service will be Monday, April 4, 2016 at 1:00 at Salem Cemetery in East End.
