Kathy Lynn Owens

Kathy Lynn Owens, 55, lately of Maysville, N.C., passed away April, 2, 2016, at Onslow Memorial Hospital in Jacksonville, N.C. Kathy was born in Brinkley to Bernard and Mattie Seeber on Aug. 9, 1960. She graduated from Hazen High in 1978 and lived in DeValls Bluff and Clarendon before moving to N.C. Kathy is preceded in death by her parents, Bernard and Mattie. She is survived by three children, Johnny (Regina) Owens of Biscoe; Deborah (David) Sesser of Arkadelphia; Katie Immel of Maysville, N.C.; a brother, Russell (Sherry) Seeber of Hazen; two sisters, Shelia Seeber of DeValls Bluff and Joyce Mills of Bartlett, Tenn.; three grandchildren; and several nephews and nieces.
