A graveside service for Jill McNutt McCoy, age 72, of Clarksville, will be Saturday, August 13, 2016 at 3 p.m. at Springfield Missionary Baptist Church Cemetery, 6841 Hwy. 124 in Springfield, Ark. Jill passed away on Tuesday, August 9, 2016 at Tennova Healthcare. She was born on June 9, 1944 in Lake Village, Ark. to Franklin OWen McNutt and Olgie McNutt. Jill spent many years growing up in Eureka Springs, where she graduated from high school. She is survived by her son, Christopher (Jennifer) Hearn of Redmond, Washington; daughters, Celeste (Phillip) Puffenbarger of Clarksville, Tennessee, and Michelle (Russell Brasel) Hearn of Tallahassee, Florida, sisters; June Forbes and Lou McNutt, grandchildren; Devon Johnson, Gary Brewer, Shelby Fitzgerald, Dylan, David, and Calista Hearn, and Brandon Ragan. A beloved mother and grandmother, Jill loved gardening and had an almost encyclopedic knowledge of flowers and shrubs. She was an avid mystery reader and loved to watch true crime dramas that would keep her up all night. She dearly loved her family and will be truly missed by them.
