LESTER HARLAN WILLIAMS, born November 18, 1930 in Clinton, Ark., to Mildred and Ernie Williams. He worked for the National Geodetic Survey for 33 years. He is survived by his wife Lillian; two children Linda Vick (Robert); Lee Williams (Ann); two grandchildren Amanda and Melissa Williams. He was a member of the Church of Christ.
