George Albert Moore Sr.

Pastor George Albert Moore Sr. (BayPee), 67, of Little Rock, Arkansas surrendered his soul on January 4, 2016. He was preceded in death by his parents; Sam and Lula Moore, grandfathers; George Moore and T.L. Strong, grandmothers; Sally Young Dean, Susie Moore, and Juanita Strong. Pastor Moore was the pastor of First Baptist Church of Roland, Arkansas for 23 years. He loved his church family. He was the manager over the Clay Baylor Cemetery for years until his health failed. He was the owner operator of M & M Masonry for 40 plus years. He has been the backbone for family, friends, and neighbors. Pastor loved and cherished his wife of 48 years along with his children, grandchildren, and siblings. Those left to celebrate his life are his loving wife; Hattie L. Moore, children; Reverend Tina Johnson, George A. Moore Jr., Latonya (Dennis) Bowman, Helisha Moore, and Baptista Little, siblings; Delois (John) Harris of Trenton, NJ, Sametta Russ, Idella (James) Norwood, Katrina (Rickey) Pryor all of Roland, Ark., 12 grandchildren, and 3 great-grandchildren.
