Donald Eugene Brown

Donald Eugene Brown, U.S.A.F. (Ret.), 84, of Jacksonville, passed away on January 11, 2016. He was born on March 25, 1931 in Laclede, Missouri to the late Earl and Hazel (Hutchinson) Brown. Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by two brothers; James and Kenneth Brown. Donald attended the Little Rock Air Force Base Chapel, and retired from the service as a United States Air Force Master Sargeant. Donald is survived by his wife of 61 years; Ora (Goodman) Brown, his son; Ronald Eugene Brown, his daughter; Bonnie Elaine Hobson, and three grandchildren; Aaron Christopher Hobson, Dr. Kali Nicole Hobson, Brittany Lee Hobson, his brother, Kenneth's children and many friends. Funeral services will be 2 p.m., Friday, January 15, 2016 at Moore's Jacksonville Funeral Home Chapel with Chaplain Randy Sellers and Retired Chaplain Charles Law officiating. Entombment will follow in Chapel Pines Mausoleum. Visitation will be held from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m., Thursday, January 14, 2016 at Moore's Jacksonville Funeral Home (501) 982-2136.
