Memorial services, Saturday, January 16, 2016 at 1 p.m. at the First Presbyterian Church Texarkana, Arkansas. Graveside service will follow at 3 p.m. in Rose Hill Cemetery, Hope, Arkansas under the direction of Herndon-Pharr Funeral Home.
