Chuck Haynes

Chuck Haynes, 54, of Palm Coast, Fla. died on 12/23/2015. He is survived by his wife, Laurie Haynes; son, Doug Haynes and his girlfriend Kaitlin Garst of Fayetteville, Ark.; his daughter, Courtney Haynes of Palm Coast, Fla.; Chuck also leaves behind twin granddaughters, Isis and Lilith Haynes of Palm Coast, Fla.; brother, Ronald Haynes and wife Deedee Haynes of West Fork, Ark. A memorial will be held on 1/23/16 at Fairview Memorial Gardens Cemetery on Mission Blvd., Fayetteville Ark. at 11 a.m. A gathering will follow at Ronald and Deedee Haynes' home.
