Wilma Owens

Wilma Kuykendall Owens, 79, of North Little Rock passed away Sunday, January 17, 2016. She was born April 14, 1936 in Faulkner County, Arkansas to Burl and Cora O. Smith Kuykendall. She was a retired Master Sergeant with the Air National Guard. She is survived by two children, Alan Owens (Gail) and Cecilia Keathley (Jeffrey); grandchildren, Lindsey Tucker, Alan Ryan Owens, Heather Owens and Brian Chastain; great-grandchildren, Traeton Cash, Hali Tucker and Hayden Powers; siblings, B.J., Donnie and Bobby Kuykendall and Carolyn Grimes; and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins. She was preceded in death by her parents; and sister, Shirley Powell. A graveside service with military honors will be held 11 a.m. Friday, Jan. 22, 2016 at Arkansas State Veterans Cemetery, 1501 Maryland Ave., North Little Rock.
