James S. "Jim" Waddle

James S. "Jim" Waddle, age 71, died from natural causes Wednesday, May 25, 2016. He was born March 18, 1945 in Damascus, AR to C.E. "Cleophas" and Elsie K. (White) Waddle. Jim graduated from Putnam City High School in 1963 and he served in the Vietnam War. He was a member of the American Legion Post 12. Jim enjoyed life and keeping busy. Jim is preceded in death by his parents; second wife, Susan E. (Knight) Waddle; third wife Loretta Waddle; daughter Denese Waddle; brother, Jerry A. Waddle and sister, Karen S. Cranford. Jim is survived by daughter Angelia Wester and husband Gilbert and their son, James and sister, Linda K. Fortin all of Bethany; stepchildren: Michael Cook and wife Michelle of Piedmont and Kerri Corrente of Oklahoma City, as well as numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and many friends. Memorial donations may be made to the American Cancer Society. Memorial services will be held at 10 a.m., Thursday, June 2, 2016 at the Yukon Cemetery.
