Paul David Skinner

Paul David Skinner, age 36, of Hot Springs formally of Sherwood, went to be with the Lord on Tuesday June 14, 2016. David was born to John Skinner III and Saundra Burke Skinner. "He was deeply devoted to the memory of his late girlfriend, Kristi M. Fulmore, and doted on his current fiance, Charlene Frances Stallings. He was passionate about advocacy for people with disabilities, the elderly and military veterans; nature conservancy and animal advocacy; cooking with his mother; computers; political and social reform especially in areas concerning Health Care access and patient options, amateur ham radio operator and the Arkansas Razorbacks." David is survived by his father, John W. Skinner III; mother, Saundra L. Skinner and husband Robert Knight; sister, Kristi Brewer; his fiance', Charlene Stallings and a host of other family and friends. Memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, June 18, 2016 at First General Baptist Church, 5920 MacArthur Dr., North Little Rock, Arkansas; with Pastor Adam Pate officiating.
