ANNETTE RODGERS, 68, of Little Rock, Ark., passed away peacefully on March 16, 2016. Survivors include: husband, Charles E. Rodgers; daughter, Lynnette Jordan; stepsons, Sammy Rodgers and Earl Rodgers; eight grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and friends.
