Pearline Miller Nelson

PEARLINE MILLER NELSON, 94, of Little Rock transitioned peacefully into eternity Thursday morning, March 17, 2016, at home with her family. She was a member of St. Paul UMC-Maumelle. Pearline loved her family and her church; and she was an avid award-winning bowler and loved gardening. Among loved-ones who have preceded her in death are her husband, Ottoway Nelson, and most recently her youngest brother Prentice Miller on March 5. Left to cherish her memory are sons, Danny (Dorothy) and Roy (Luereatha) Nelson; 11 grandchildren; a host of great-grandchildren; and siblings, Joyce Watson, June Walker, Elvin Miller (Samella), and Janice Bowen. Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Saturday, March 26, at St. Paul, 9721 Pinnacle Valley Road-LR. Services entrusted to Walton GateWay Funeral Chapel, Inc., "Where Caring and Quality Come First", 2405 South Gaines Street. No family hour.
