ROOSEVELT CHURCH, 64, of Little Rock departed this life on March 15, 2016. He was preceded in death by his parents, Jessie and Lena Church; siblings, Jessie Jr., Albert, Vera, and Leroy. He leaves to cherish his memories his brother, Elder Joe Le (Olia) Church; sisters, Dorothy Breckenridge and Alice (Allen) McNutt. He leaves a host of nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.
