Fern Parker

Fern Fogarty Parker, 96, died Wednesday, May 11, 2016. She and her husband Charlie, now deceased, were Iowa farmers and Arkansas cattle ranchers. Fern was "the card lady" for Hardy United Methodist Church. Funeral services will be 2 p.m. Sunday in the chapel of Tri-County Funeral Home at Highland.
