Manzel Williams, 73, of Little Rock, Ark., transitioned from this early body to eternal living on Tuesday, May 10, 2016. Mando is preceded in death by his parents, one Sister, Janice Williams, and two children, Terry "Bubba" Beard, and Felicia Gayle Williams-Lewis.
