W. B. "Bill" Obbards, 88, of Brockwell, died Sunday, May 15, 2016. Funeral services, Tuesday, May 17, 2016 at 10 a.m. at the Qualls Batesville Funeral Service Chapel in Batesville. Visitation, 9 a.m. until service time. Graveside services will follow at 2 p.m. at the New Friendship Cemetery in Paragould.
