Stephen Elburn Everett, 82, of Little Rock, passed away Sunday, November 6, 2016. Steve was born July 26, 1934 near Rosston, Arkansas in Nevada County, to Steve Everett and Bonnie Twigg. He was a member of Crystal Hill Baptist Church in Little Rock. In 1960 he received an honorable discharge from the U.S. Army. He was a crane operator and a member of the International Union of Operating Engineers. Steve is survived by his wife of almost 37 years, Lula Faye (Lou) Everett; son, Stephen E. Everett, Jr.; step-daughter, Barbie Henley (Roger) of Roland; step-son, Robert Knox (Paulette) of Little Rock; grandchildren, Shelly Wade Roberts, Michael Wade, Taylor Knox, Madison Knox and Scott Henley (Amber); great-grandchildren, Haley Roberts, Evan Roberts, Isabelle Wade, Juniper Wade and Morgan Henley; five sisters, Betty St. Clair (Boyd) and Connie Grigg of Prescott, Nancy Grice (Jim) of Ashdown, Kathy Kirkham of Athens, Georgia, and Bonnie Hamilton (Ricky) of Hope; and two brothers, Harry Everett (Tina) of Houston, Texas and John Everett (Joyce) of Prescott. Services will be held on Wednesday, November 9 at 11 a.m., preceded by visitation beginning at 10 a.m., at Crystal Hill Baptist Church, 18823 Crystal Valley Road, Little Rock. Brother Larry Ballard will officiate. Burial will follow at Pinecrest Memorial Park at Alexander. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Crystal Hill Baptist Church 18823 Crystal Valley Road, Little Rock, Ark. 72210 or the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, 1501 N.
