Frances Harris

FRANCES E. HARRIS, 69, of Little Rock went to be with the Lord on Nov. 15, 2016. She was preceded in death by her mother, Juanita Watts, and a son, Frederick Harris. Frances leaves to cherish her memories her husband of 41 years, Thomas Harris; one son, H. Tyrone Baker; sister, Connie Vann; three grandchildren, five great-grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends. Funeral service will be Saturday, November 26, 2016 at 11 a.m. at the Upper Room Apostolic Church located at 1900 Willowwood Road, North Little Rock, Ark., by eulogist, Apostle Milton E. Harper.
