Larry Williams, 68, of Little Rock, Arkansas, passed away on September 4, 2016. Born July 10, 1948 to the late Goldie and Weller Williams, Larry was devoted to his family, his friends and his faith. He was a selfless soul with a generous spirit and brought laughter with him wherever he went. He loved camping, fishing, golfing, sharing an adventure with his family, and showing patronage to the ponies of Oaklawn in Hot Springs. He was also an athlete, known for his skill with a baseball, softball, or football. Larry worked as a structural steel detailer and draftsman for many years, making him a valuable asset to Hodge Fabrication during his distinguished career. He was preceded in death by his parents, and by his siblings Weller Williams Jr., John Williams, and Barbara Ann Kelley. Left to cherish his legacy of laughter and love is his adoring wife (and butt of many of his jokes) Jeanie Williams; his children, Kevin (Alicia) Williams of Houston, Texas, Mark (Suzanne) Williams of Atlanta, Georgia, and Aaron Williams of Little Rock, Arkansas; his siblings Bob and Danny Williams and Bonnie Travis; his grandkids Abby, Emma, and Zoe, and a host of family and friends. A celebration of his life will be held at 2 p.m. on Friday, September 9, 2016 at Griffin Leggett Healey and Roth, 5800 W. 12th Street, Little Rock Arkansas. The family invites you to a visitation in his honor from 12 noon to 2 p.m. To express your condolences and sign the online guestbook, please visit www.griffinleggetthealeyroth.com.
