Ray Neal, 53, of Little Rock departed Tuesday, April 4, 2017. He was preceded in death by his parents, Hodges Neal and Ruby Lee Hughes Neal, sisters, Margaret Ann Utsey, Betty and Mary Neal, two brothers, Jackie and Bruce Neal.
