Sallie M. Dollar

Sallie M. Dollar, 95, of Redfield, went to her Heavenly Home, Wednesday, January 25, 2017, at Cabot Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. Mrs. Dollar was born October 7, 1921, in Wilburn, Arkansas (Cleburne County) to Thomas Jackson and Ethel Smith Vincent. She was reared and received her education in Cleburne County. Mrs. Dollar was a homemaker and a member of Redfield Missionary Baptist Church. She is preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Arthur L. Dollar, who passed away April 24, 2004, son, Jerry L. Dollar, daughter, Judy Jones, granddaughter, Tonya Dollar, seven brothers and one sister. Her survivors include a son, Johnny V. (Lisa)Dollar of Sherwood; daughter-in-law, Hellen Dollar of Cabot; sister, Rosetta Lockhart of Gregory; five grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren. There will be a visitation Saturday, January 28, 2017, 1-2 p.m. at Redfield Missionary Baptist Church. Funeral services will be Saturday, January 28, 2017, 2 p.m., at Redfield Missionary Baptist Church with Reverend Micah Deaton officiating.
