Doyle James Woody, age 78, of Jacksonville passed away on Sunday, June 4, 2017. He was born June 4, 1939 in Kennett, MO to the late Elijah and Zona Woody. He was preceded in death by his wife, Willa Mae Woody. Mr. Wood was an avid outdoorsman.
He is survived by his children, Mary Formby (James), Paula Cox (David), Jonathan Woody, grandchildren, Angie Libby (Terry), Cynthia Bopp (Christopher), Darin Cox, Virginia Cope (Walter) and seven great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m. Tuesday, June 6, 2017 at Moore's Jacksonville Funeral Home. Funeral services will be 2 p.m. Wednesday, June 7, 2017 at Moore's Jacksonville Funeral Home.
