Rebecca Jane Harrison, 54, of Benton went to be with Jesus on May 30, 2017 at her home. She was born October 9, 1962 in McGehee, Ark. to the late John and Virginia Jordan. Janie had been ailing these past few years and she knew by the grace of her Lord and Savior that she would one day walk with John and Virginia at the right hand of God. She was also preceded in death by her brother-in-law, Larry Engelhoven. Janie attended Bauxite High School being a gymnast and cheerleader. She went to UALR and UAMS and was an X-Ray technician for 25 years at various medical facilities in central Arkansas. She was a member of Saline Missionary Baptist Church in Tull. Janie is survived by her husband, Dean Harrison; her son, Jordan Dean Harrison and wife Corrie Leigh of Ft. Bragg, N.C.; three sisters, Deborah Lea Wilkins and husband Johnny of North Little Rock, Catherine Ann Harrison and husband Johnny of Tull, and Virginia Gail Engelhoven of Rudy, AR; two grandsons, Damian Joseph Dotson and Jacob Harrison both of Ft. Bragg, N.C., and an extended Harrison family. Funeral service will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday, June 8, 2017 at Saline Missionary Baptist Church in Tull with Bro. Kim Hammer officiating. Visitation will be held from 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday evening June 7th at Roller-Ballard Funeral Home (315-4047). Online guestbook
