Charles Franklin Baker, 68, of Little Rock, Arkansas, passed away on June 8, 2017 in Millidgeville, Georgia. He was born on January 4, 1949 in Fort Worth, Texas to Steve and Geneva Baker. A U.S. Navy veteran of the Vietnam war.
Charles is survived by his son, Andrew Baker; his brother, Mark Baker and wife, Janet; and nieces, Michelle Baker Yount and Megan Baker.
Services will be held on Wednesday, June 14 at 1 p.m. at Little Rock Funeral Home, 8801 Knoedl Ct. (NW corner I-630 and Barrow Rd.), (501) 224-2200. Military Honors will follow the service. Charles' online guestbook may be signed at www.littlerockfuneralhome.com.
