Mickey Blackmon Madison, 84, of Greers Ferry, Arkansas, went to be with the Lord, Wednesday, June 21, 2017. She was born March 19, 1933, in Jefferson County, Arkansas, to Lewis F. and Grace Nickerbocker Blackmon Siefert.
Mrs. Madison moved to Pine Bluff at age five and attended Watson Chapel Schools. She attended Modern and Judkins Business Schools in Pine Bluff. Mrs. Madison worked for AT&T where she was an operator for 17 years before retiring. She was a member of Shepherd Hill Baptist Church. During her spare time, she enjoyed crafting.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Morton B. Madison whom she married on July 21, 1951 in Malvern; a daughter, Susan C. Madison; her parents; brothers, Lewis F. and Johnny H Blackmon. She is survived by her children, Clay Madison of Greers Ferry, Arkansas, Debby (Archie) Spears of Pine Bluff, Keith (Alana) Jones of Pine Bluff; grandchildren, Amy Dixon, Kathy Dixon, Tami (Spencer) Croy, Colby Madison, Regan King, Brandi Wheeler; great-grandchildren: Jessica (Josh) Scott, Chris Wheeler, Rebekah Dixon, Joshua McGhee, Colton (Destiny) Funderburg, Makayla Funderburg, Spencer Funderburg, Brandon, Erin, Gerri, Ruby; great-great-grandchildren, Lexcie and Skylar Scott and Axel Scott.
