Ines V. O'Neal

Ines V. O'Neal, 85, of North Little Rock, passed away June 27, 2017. She was born June 3, 1932 to James Fulton and Annie Mae Kennedy Taylor in Mississippi. She is preceded in death by her parents; son, Charles Rickey Ham; and her brothers and sisters. Ines loved Elvis, BINGO! and playing on Snapchat with her children and grandchildren. Ines is survived by her son, Michael O'Neal (Shannon) of North Little Rock; two daughters, Sandra Mason (Gary) of North Little Rock, Linda Parker (Don) of Rogers; nine grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild; and a host of family and friends whom she loved. Graveside service will be at 10 a.m., Wednesday July 5, 2017, at Arkansas State Veterans Cemetery, 1501 West Maryland Avenue, North Little Rock, Arkansas.
