Larry Phelps

LARRY PHELPS, of Little Rock, went to be with the Lord Feb. 25, 2017. He is survived by his wife; Jeannie and grandson; Zach Brawley. A memorial service will be held 2 p.m., Friday, March 10, 2017 in the chapel of Griffin Leggett Forest Hills in Alexander, Ark.
