Arlis Ray Yearber

Arlis Ray Yearber, 82, of Jacksonville passed away on November 8, 2017. He was born August 2, 1935 in Booneville, MS to the late Hollis M. Yearber and Hollis Opal Yearber. Mr. Yearber was a retired United States Air Force veteran and a faithful member of Stanfill Baptist Church. He was also a retired electrician. He was preceded in death by his two sons, Brian and Steve Yearber and his wife Amy Blanche Oster Yearber. He is survived by one daughter, Susan Yearber, two sons, Kenneth and Michael Yearber, grandchildren; Candy, Samantha, Victoria, Isabel, Audrey and John Arlis, great-grandchildren; Leo, Destynee and Jeremy Jr. Visitation will be from 2 p.m. until 4 p.m. Sunday, November 12, 2017 at Moore's Jacksonville Funeral Home. Funeral services will be 10 a.m. Monday, November 13, 2017 at Stanfill Baptist Church with Bro. David Maddox officiating. Interment will follow in Stanfill Cemetery.
