Ruffus R. Stelivan, 66, of Little Rock, passed away Thursday July 26, 2018. He leaves to cherish his memory his father Rufus Ragland, children; Ruffus Stelivan, Xazavier Chunn, Erica Evans, Veronica Wilks, Rickey Evans (Nikki), Johnathn Raglin (Von Sheila), Michael Raglin, David Raglin, siblings; John Raglin, Ricky Raglin, Michael Raglin, Sr. (Tina), Terry Raglin, Steven Raglin (Tracy), Ray Simmons, James Bratton, Leon Johnson, Kim Nory, Ida Raglin, Iceola Raglin, Jean Withers, and a host of relatives and friends. Funeral services will be held Saturday August 4, 2018, 11 a.m., First Baptist Church, North Barton Street, Woodson, Arkansas.
