MABEL KELLER COOK, 98, of Little Rock, widow of Charles Allen Cook Sr., passed away peacefully on Tuesday, July 31, 2018. She was a member of Our Lady of Good Counsel Catholic Church. She was a member of the St. Vincent's Auxiliary and loved playing bridge and spending time with her family. She is survived by her children, Charlie Cook Jr. (Carole) of Hot Springs, Chris Moreno (Andy) of Willis, Virginia, Kay Makatche (John) of Broomall, Pennsylvania, Roger Cook (Angela) and Ethel Cook (Tina Eoff), all of Little Rock; her brother, Rev. Thomas Keller of Little Rock; 15 grandchildren and 25 great-grandchildren. In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by her parents, Walter John Keller and Mary Isabell Mattingly Keller, two brothers and three sisters. The Rosary will be Tuesday, Aug. 7 at 6:30 p.m. at Little Rock Funeral Home, 8801 Knoedl Court (NW corner I-630 and Barrow Rd.). A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Wednesday, Aug. 8 at 10 a.m. at Our Lady of Good Counsel Catholic Church, 1321 S. Van Buren St., Little Rock. Interment will follow at Calvary Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Arkansas Right to Life Center, 1515 S. University, Little Rock, Ark. 72204.
