Betty L. Lovelace, 71, of Little Rock, passed away Saturday August 11, 2018. She leaves to cherish her memory her children; Constance and Samantha Lovelace, siblings; Joyce Brown (Willie), Theodis Harris (Helen) and a host of relatives and friends.
