Billy Vernon Whaley

Billy Vernon Whaley of Lowell, Arkansas passed away on Wednesday August 22, 2018. He was born on December 7, 1945 in Cotton Plant, Arkansas. Bill retired in 1998 as Minister from the Pratt Road Baptist Church, Little Rock and Electrician in 2005 from Little Rock School District and served in the U.S. Army. Survivors are his wife Carol, four children Tina Rivera (Rene) , Machelle Raby (Tony), Kim Schneider (Jason) and Bradley Whaley (Kristy), six grandchildren, three great-grandchildren, six step-grandchildren, two brothers and four sisters. Memorial services 11 a.m. August 25, 2018 at Sunnyside Baptist Church in Rogers, Arkansas. In lieu of flowers, you may donate to the American Heart Association.
