THOMAS MICHAEL ARTHUR, 44, passed from this world to the next on Aug. 23, 2018. He was born on May 27, 1974 in Little Rock, Ark. He is survived by his parents, Sandy C. Kelley (Jim) of Little Rock and Dr. James M. Arthur (Lee Ann) of Hot Springs, his siblings Meredith Castleberry (James), John Kelley (Heather), Clare Mathis (Stan), Christine Arthur, Alyssa Arthur, Peyton Connelly, Kristen Connelly, Paige Arthur and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. A list of Michael's interests would be without end. He had a big heart and a gift with animals. Mike rescued and rehabilitated the dogs least likely to find a good home and turned them into sweet and loyal companions. He was a voracious reader and always had a book or three going. Mike loved the beach and was happiest snorkeling in the ocean. Most of all he loved his family. We will miss him. A private family service is scheduled for a later time.
