Gerald Michael Rogers

Gerald Michael Rogers, age 65 of Little Rock, Arkansas passed away on Sunday, August 26, 2018 after a brief illness. He was born in Fort Chafee, Arkansas on May 6, 1953 to the late LaWanda and Harvey Rogers. Gerald graduated from Russellville High School followed by The School of Architecture in Fayetteville, Arkansas. He opened his own window covering business after practicing architecture for several years. He was an avid golfer, loved to travel with his wife and friends and enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren. He is survived by his wife, Dorise Pierce Rogers; four children, Micheal Rogers, Walt Todd, Steve & Jennifer Pierce & Vance & Angela Smiley. In addition, he also leaves behind his beloved grandchildren; Isabelle Todd, Will and Caroline Pierce and Ben, Walt and Callie Smiley. A Celebration of Life for family & close friends will be from 5:30 p.m. until 7 p.m. at the Chenal Country Club in the pre-function area on Friday, August 31, 2018.
