Billy Joe Moore, 91, of Perryville, Arkansas, died Friday, February 3, 2018. Survivors include wife, Agnes Moore; daughter, Shirley (Jerry) Manning; son, Randy (Gay) Moore; grandson, Kevin Moore. Funeral services will be held 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, February 7, 2018 at the Perryville Second Baptist Church. Burial will be at Greenwood Cemetery in Hot Springs by Harris Funeral Home of Morrilton.
