Charles Turner, 67 of North Little Rock passed Thursday. Mr. Turner is survived by his mother, Ruthy Mae Turner, daughters; Wanda Turner-Ravion, Betty Smith and Chiquita James, 10 grandchildren, and six great- grandchildren. Memorial Service 11 a.m. Saturday, Watson-Northcrest Chapel, 1801 Maple St.
