Parlee Alexander

Parlee Alexander, 92, departed this life on July 1, 2018 in Little Rock, Ark. She was born April 29, 1926 in Grady, Ark. to Horace and Josephine Jefferson. She pronounced her life to Christ at an early age in Grady, Ark. She was joined in Holy Matrimony to Eliga Alexander, Sr., also of Grady, Ark., who preceded her in death along with two of eight children, Christine Robertson and Elijah Alexander, Jr.; siblings, Robert, Horace, Earl, Eligha and Susie Jefferson. She leaves to cherish, three daughters, Rose Mary (Gilbert) Wake of Woodbridge, VA, Josephine Clemons and Jacqueline Alexander of Little Rock, Ark.; three sons, George, Larry and Johnny Alexander of Little Rock, Ark. Family hour will be held 4-5 p.m., Saturday, July 7, 2018 at Ruffin & Jarrett Funeral Home, 1200 Chester St., Little Rock, Ark. (501) 372-1305.
