Jerralyn Annette Crook, age 73, of Pearcy, passed away Wednesday, June 27, 2018. She was born on January 3, 1945 in Stuttgart, the daughter of Garvin B. Myhand and Martha Ann Clark Myhand. On September 18, 1964, she married Clifton Crook. She was preceded in death by her parents and two brothers, Clark Myhand and Frank Myhand. Jerralyn was a housewife and a member of Eagle Point Church of God in Little Rock. She was a 1963 graduate of Central High School in Little Rock and attended Arkansas Tech University. Jerralyn enjoyed calling the hogs, frequently attending Razorback football games. She also loved the horse races, owning several of her own horses. Mostly, she loved spending time with her grandchildren. She was a loving person and will be missed by all that knew her. She is survived by her husband, Clifton Crook of Pearcy; two sons and one daughter-in-law, Alan and Courtney Crook and Darren Crook all of Little Rock; eight grandchildren, Lauren Crook, Darren Crook Jr., Alan Crook, Jr., Chloe Crook, Kinley Crook, Scarlett Crook, Dalton Crook and Monique Handley; three great-grandchildren; one brother, Garvin Myhand of Greenwood; as well as numerous nieces, nephews and a host of wonderful friends. Graveside services will be held at 10 a.m., Monday, July 2, 2018 in the Oak Grove Cemetery, Sunshine with Pastor Jerry Riddle officiating. Visitation will be held from 2 p.m. until 4 p.m., Sunday afternoon, at Davis-Smith Funeral Home, Hot Springs. Pallbearers will be Darren Crook, Jr., Alan Crook, Jr., Mike Driver, Ben Williamson, Laney Meyer, and Gary Rowell. Honorary pallbearers will be all avid Razorback fans and horse racing fans.
