Albert Christianson Lemke, Jr

ALBERT CHRISTIANSON "CHRIS" LEMKE JR., 53 of Little Rock passed away February 28, 2018 near Dumas, born December 29, 1964 in Newport, Arkansas. He was the son of Albert C. Lemke, Sr., and Mabel Carol Soden Lemke. Chris was a Christian and employed by Ensono, he was an IT Support Specialist and SME for many Fortune 100 companies. He had also served in the United States Army as a Combat Engineer in the 1980's. His trade was a Certified Welder. Chris was a gregarious guy; loved his family, his friends, riding motorcycles, taking trips to experience new places and adventures, playing pool which he did well and was a former APA 9-ball state champion, and his work in IT and co-workers. He made an impact wherever he went, and he was truly loved by family and friends, and his dogs. Survivors are his wife, Roberta "Berta" Lynn Chitwood-Lemke of Little Rock, Ark., mother, Carol Lemke of Sherwood, Ark., and four daughters, Fallon Verser of Prim, Ark., Casey Lemke of Heber Springs, Ark., Carla Christine Walters of Little Rock, Ark., and Lindsie Alane Whitley of Little Rock, Ark., one sister, Linda Hamilton of Sherwood, Ark., and three grandchildren, Zach, Madison, & Claire. Memorial service will be held at 10:45 AM, Saturday, March 17, 2018 at Pinnacle Mountain State Park, at the pavilion near the West Summit Trail Head off of Hwy 300. This will be a casual celebration of his life followed by food and visitation time for family and friends.
