Carolyn Slatton Moore

Carolyn Slatton Moore, 71, of North Little Rock passed away Wednesday, May 23, 2018. She was born April 1, 1947 in Little Rock, Arkansas. She was a 1965 graduate of North Little Rock High School. She was an incredibly creative artist, actress, writer and seamstress. No matter if it was a cat or a child, Carolyn protected and took in "strays." She is survived by her children, Ashley Robbins (Douglas) and Austin Moore (Michelle); her "adopted" daughters, Christina Yielding and Tracey Thomas Kepler; grandchildren, Carson, Maxwell, and Cole Robbins, Rachel Moore and Dominique Moore; mother, Naomi N. Slatton; sister, Pam Shook; other extended family and her lifelong best friend, Nancy Charton. She was preceded in death by her father, Foster Slatton (from Delight, Arkansas). A Celebration of her Life will be held 11 a.m., Saturday, May 26, 2018 at Smith - North Little Rock Funeral Home. A private burial will follow in the family cemetery in Blevins, Arkansas.
