Eddie Clarence Dugger

Eddie Clarence Dugger, 69 of Moro, died Tuesday, October 23 at Cross Ridge Community Hospital in Wynne. His wife Ellen Harris-Dugger, two daughters, two grandchildren, a brother, three sisters and a host of other relatives survive him. Funeral services will take place on Saturday, November 3 at 2:30 p.m. at the Wheatley Civic Center, 8th Street in Wheatley.
