Shirley Ann Jones

Shirley Ann Jones, age 80, of Haskell passed away Sunday November 4, 2018. She was born June 5, 1938 in Haskell to the late Ovie Eugene Callahan and Claudia Gladis Stirman Callahan. She was preceded in death by her parents, brother, Arthur Callahan and two sisters, Joyce Gate Cooper and June Ramsey. Shirley was a retired Secretary for the Harmony Grove School District at Westbrook Elementary, and a member of Mt. Harmony Missionary Baptist Church. Survivors, husband, Henry L. Jones, Haskell; son and daughter-in-law, Greg and Lisa Jones, Haskell; daughter and son-in-law, Lisa and Brian Cotten, Haskell; grandchildren, Melanie (Jeremy) Hall, Michael (Britanie) Cotten, Natalie Jones, and Macey Jones, great-grandchild, Kaitlin Hall. Visitation will be from 1 to 2 p.m. Wednesday, followed by the services at 2 p.m. at Mt. Harmony Missionary Baptist Church with burial at Mt. Harmony Cemetery. Minister will be Bro. John Bagby.
