Frances Marie Ison

Frances Marie Ison, 86, of Little Rock, died November 8, 2018. Born November 14, 1931 at Fort Smith, Arkansas, she was the daughter of Charles and Abbie Travis Schleiff. She was a member of Cedar Heights Baptist Church of the Morgan Community. In addition to church, she enjoyed fishing, cooking, and yard sales; she was also a volunteer at Baptist Hospital for over 20 years. She was preceded in death by her husband, Richard; two brothers, four sisters and a stepdaughter, Sharon Pierce. Survivors are her daughter, Debbie Little (Gerald) of Little Rock; son, Greg Steele of Hortense, Georgia; two stepsons, Billy Ison of Alexander, Arkansas and David Ison (Mary) of San Antonio, Texas; step-daughter, Wanda Martin (Ron) of Houston, Texas and numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Graveside services will be 1 p.m. Sunday, November 11, 2018 at Pinecrest Memorial Park with Rev. Glenda Royal officiating. Memorials may be made to Alzheimer's Arkansas, 10411 W.
