Mary Belle Mitchell

Mary Belle Mitchell, 80, of Jacksonville passed from this life on November 8, 2018. She was born November 12, 1937 in Humnoke, Arkansas to the late Alfred and Juanita Henry. Mary was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister and friend. She enjoyed gardening and was of the Methodist faith. She was preceded in death by a daughter, Janice Mitchell. Survivors include her husband of over 61 years, Paul Mitchell; daughters, Karen (Robert) Mims of North Little Rock and Patricia (Joplin) Carlisle of Cabot. Other survivors include sister, Janie Poindexter of Jacksonville; grandchildren, Vaughn and Talmage Mims, Katie (Brad) Spain, Riley Carlisle; great-grandchild, Oliver Spain and a host of extended family and friends. Funeral services will be 10 a.m., Monday, November 12, 2018 at Moore's Jacksonville Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Chapel Hill Memorial Park. Visitation will be 6 p.m. to 8 p.m., Sunday, November 11, 2018 at the funeral home. Memorials in Mary's memory may be made to Arkansas Hospice, 14 Parkstone Circle, North Little Rock, Arkansas 72116.
