James Donald Clements

JAMES DONALD CLEMENTS, 75, passed away on Nov. 8, 2018 in North Little Rock, Ark. Don was born in Kingsland, Ark., to James William Clements and Mildred Varniece Creed Clements on Jan. 25, 1943. He later lived in Pine Bluff and North Little Rock. A private memorial service will be held at a later date. Memorials may be made in his name to the Pulaski County Humane Society.
