James Calvin Blissett

JAMES CALVIN BLISSETT, age 70, of Sherwood, passed away Nov. 20. He was born on Oct. 1, 1948, to D.P. and Maudie Holland Blissett. James is preceded in death by his parents and two sisters, Carolyn Reed and Barbara Allen. He is survived by nephews, Mike Reed of Sherwood and John Reed of Cabot, and a sister, Margaret Beasley, along with many great-nieces and nephews. The family would also like to formally thank Jeff and Brenda Bradley, along with their daughter Brittany Bradley, for the many years of care, compassion and love they gave James. A visitation will be held Saturday, Nov. 24, at Gravel Ridge Cemetery at 2:30 p.m., and immediately following will be a graveside service at 3 p.m. Arrangements are entrusted to A Natural State Funeral Service, Jacksonville, Ark.
