Kristi Lynn Wright, 40, of Benton, Arkansas, passed away on October 7 2018 in Tennessee. She was born on August 28, 1978 in Madison, Tennessee to parents Glenda and George Wayne Hackett. Kristi was a bundle of positive energy and the light of everyone's life. She was known for her outgoing, bubbly personality that could cheer anyone up; she could brighten a room just by walking in and was everyone's friend. Kristi was a naturally gifted woman with an endless amount of creativity and loved to read. She enjoyed road trips with her family on vacations, but the destination was never as important as the quality time she got to spend with her girls and husband. Kristi worked for the University of Arkansas until May of this year, and decided to become a fulltime stay-at-home Mom. Kristi's two daughters were her absolute world. She cherished every moment with them and made sure to be involved with all of their Girl Scouts and Camp Fire Girls events. Kristi is, and always will be incredibly proud of the beautiful, young women they've become. Kristi is survived by her beloved husband, Todd Wright; her two daughters: Emily and Erin; her two brothers: Larry Taylor and Cody Hackett; her parents: George and Glenda Hackett; her parent-in-laws: Tom and Wanda Wright and countless extended family and friends. A visitation will be held on Saturday, October 13th 2018, from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. at Pinecrest Funeral Home (7401 Hwy 5 N, Alexander, Ark. 72002). The funeral service will be at the same location and will begin at 11 AM. Kristi will be laid to rest immediately after at the Ten Mile Cemetery (246 Ira Williams Road, Benton, Arkansas, 72019). In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made in Kristi's honor to the Kristi Wright Memorial Fund at Arvest Bank, which will go towards her daughter's college tuition.
